The Package

• £35,000per annum

The Job Role

• A fresh food operation with British gastro style menu.
• The Sous Chef will be providing outstanding food standards across a small but quality restaurant setting
• To manage, train and develop an enthusiastic stable team of 5
• The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef to drive local trade 

The Requirements

• A strong individual with a gastro pub/restaurant or hotel background.
• This role could suit an existing Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef looking to step up. 
• Passionate individual who relishes developing their team, including apprentices. 
• Self-starter with high quality service standards.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career alongside an outstanding kitchen team.
