What’s the first thing you look for in a CV?

Your CV should be clear and concise – don't distract from your skills and qualities. Instead, keep it simple and let your key achievements from previous roles do the talking. We suggest that your CV is no more than two pages, with all of your jobs listed and dates of employment accurate. 

Is my application confidential?

Absolutely. At Talent Hive, we work in the strictest of confidence and will never share your application without discussing it with you first.

What happens to my CV once you’ve received it?

Once we’ve received your application, our recruitment experts will assess your skills and experience against the criteria provided by our clients. If we think you’ll be a good match, we’ll give you a call to discuss the role.

Do I need to attend the Talent Hive office to register my details?

Not necessarily. It depends on the role and how the clients want us to handle their recruitment process. However, you’re more than welcome to come and visit us!

When can I expect to hear about my application?

We pride ourselves on getting back to you as soon as we can. We try to reply to every application; however, this isn’t always possible for jobs with high volumes of interest. You are always welcome to give us a call if you’d like any information about your application.

How often will you be in touch?
