The Job Role
  • B&I Head Chef of a fresh food operation
  • The Head Chef will produce high quality food with 100% made on-site
  • To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 5 chefs.
  • The Head Chef will create exciting menus aligned with current high street and street food trends.  
The Requirements
  • The successful applicant will already be a proven Head Chef who enjoys keeping up to date with current food trends.
  • A head chef with a proven track record within a high volume fresh food kitchens.
  • A team player who leads from the front.
  • The Head Chef will coach and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team.
