The Package

• £45,000 per annum

• Monday - Friday

The Job Role

• General Manager for a fresh food contract catering contract.

• Providing daily core feeding and extensive hospitality.

• To will lead and develop an enthusiastic team.

• Responsible for the accounts, due diligence and health and safety.

• To liaise with the client and deliver agreed KPIs.

 

The Requirements

• A proven Catering Manager or General Manager for a contract catering operation.

• A hands on team player who leads from the front.

• The successful General Manager will have a solid background within quality operations.

• Strong commercial acumen and reporting skills.

• Real interest in fresh food and excellent service.

• High Wycombe 

• Own transport essential / free onsite parking
