The Job Role

• Operations Director to oversee 4 - 6 Operations Managers 
• To manage the client experience, mobilise new business and retain existing business.
• To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
• Reporting to the Regional Director

The Requirements

• A experienced contract catering Senior Operations Manager with experience in managing 40 + contracts
• A strong people manager with experience of manager 4+ regional operators 
• Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering at a senior level is essential.
• A self-starter with a passion for people development.
• The successful Operations Director will have a strong commercial acumen.

The Location

• Location Manchester - Scotland
• A regional ‘road based’ role within the above area.
