The Job Role
- Chef de partie for a B&I contract
- To produce high quality fresh food servicing both hospitality and staff dining.
- The Chef de partie will report to the head chef and work alongside one other CDP and sous chef
The Requirements
- A proven chef de partie who can work as part of a small team
- An experience Chef de partie with a background in high volume quality kitchen operations.
- A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
- a diligent chef de partie who can work to specs
- Central London
- Accessible via public transport
