The Package

• Chef Manager
• £45,000 per annum. 
• Sensible hours of work. (Day time Hours)
• Monday - Friday
• 52 week contract

The Job Role

• Chef Manager to work in a high-volume site with similar experience.
• Chef Manager to manage the Hospitality events on site.
• 100% Fresh Food Operations for 1000 covers a day.
• Be an advocate for development and create opportunities for advancement
• The Chef Manager will be required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team of 5 staff including the head chef.
• Monday to Friday (Some Saturday flexibility)

The Requirements

• A Chef Manager comfortable developing and implementing creative menus that showcase the very best of their skills. 
• A Chef Manager to deliver the highest quality standards and presentation every day
• The successful applicant will already be a proven Chef Manager and/or Catering Manager head chef.
• A career history within contract catering is essential.
• A team player who leads from the front and is a hands on operator.
