• Up to £35,000 per annum

The Job Role
 

• Bar Manager to lead the bar team, take control of rotas, manage staff levels & develop the team of around 10 bar staff, ensuring training is given to all staff to support their needs and personal development.
• Bar Manager with elevated customer service skills ensuring guests are welcomed on arrival and have your teams attention throughout their stay, upselling where possible
• Bar Manager to focus on creating and serving drinks as the key part of the role, but you will also support the wider food and drink team whenever necessary
• This is a hands-on role so you will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service.

The Requirements

• Ideally within a similar customer service focused role currently or have previous experience in a hotel at Assistant Manager or Supervisor level
• Experience of working within a busy, food-led operation and exposure to supervisory or management duties is essential.
• You will be someone who enjoys training and developing staff to ensure they deliver the best and are able to work within a variety of environments.
• The successful Bar Manager will have exceptional standards and attention to detail - wine knowledge is advantageous with a passion for food and a genuine desire for providing excellent service to our guests.
