The Job Role

• Operations Support Manager.

• To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience across multiple sites.

• The Operations Support Manager will support the operations manager with staff training, compliance audits, mobilisations, relaunches, marketing and brand standards.

• The Operations Support Manager with assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR processes.

• The Operations Support Manager will report to the operations manager.

The Requirements

• A strong individual from a quality led multi-site and/or multi outlet contract catering operations.

• Experience within contract catering is desirable

• An experienced operator that can liaise at a senior level.

• Background as an Operations Support Manager or Group Manager is  ideal.

• A Self-starter with a passion for people development.

• Strong commercial acumen and sound understanding of financial budgets and gross profits.

The Location

• Essex / Kent region 

• A regional ‘road based’ role in the above locations
