I started my catering career waiting tables in my mums teashop, which could have been a spin off of faulty towers! I went on to manage Browns restaurants and gastro pubs, then following the birth of my daughter moved into contract catering for a better work life balance and progressed to operations manager with Gather & Gather.
I used to dread recruitment in my previous role and understand the frustration when you don’t get the right calibre of candidate and have experienced first hand the consequences bad hire so really love the job satisfaction I get when I find the right candidate for my clients.
I love animals and I’ve had horses in my younger years now have two Jack Russell/Dashund crosses called Charlie and Dylan.
I love food so I’m very lucky that my other half is a chef and cooks lots of lovely food for me and our daughter
Favourite hobby is shopping!
