The Package

• Chef Manager
• £30,000 Per Annum
• 10% Yearly Bonus 
• Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 10 Weeks holiday per year
• 40 Hours a week
• Term Time Only (42 weeks)
• Regular pay reviews

The Role

• Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a Small Sixth form site.
• Chef Manager to run the operation catering for approx 400 students on site.
• Semi Fresh food operation
• Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
• A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only 

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with similar background.
• A Chef Manager that has a genuine love for food
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• Chef Manager that has experience within cooking environments
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
