- Develop and execute purchasing strategies
- Work with team on understanding of purchasing systems
- Liaise and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure value for money in terms of cost, quality and reliability.
- The ideal candidate will have previous multi site/group procurement experience within the hospitality sector.
- Be able to use initiative and have the ability in negotiation.
- Strong computer knowledge
- Strong numerical acumen
- Hybrid - can be based anywhere in UK
- Head Office based in North London but not essential to live near here
