The Job Role
  • Sous Chef for a busy senior school
  • To produce high quality food with 100% made on-site..
  • The sous chef with deputise for the head chef, leading  and developing an enthusiastic team.
  • The Sous Chef will support the head chef with stock taking, ordering and due diligence.

The Requirements
  • A proven Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen team.
  • An experience Sous Chef with a background in busy high quality kitchen operations.
  • A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
