The Package
  • £30,000 per annum 
  • Paid Overtime
  • Free meals on duty
  • Uniform provided
  • 40 hours per week
  • 2 weekends a month during term time
  • NO LATE NIGHTS finished by 4pm or 7pm !
  • 4 weeks off at Christmas 
  • 4 weeks of at Easter
  • 7 weeks off in the summer

The Job Role
  • Sous Chef for a private school.
  • To produce freshly prepared meals for students and staff.
  • The sous chef will deputise for the chef manager, leading and developing an enthusiastic team.
  • The Sous Chef will support the chef manager with stock taking, ordering and due diligence.
The Requirements
  • An accomplished Sous Chef who can lead and inspire a kitchen team of 11.
  • An experience Sous Chef who can cook from scratch.
  • A passionate  sous chef who wants to grow and develop.
  • A Sous chef who enjoys having input on the menu and can bring fresh ideas. 
The Location.
  • Horsham Surrey 
  • Own transport is essential.
  • Free onsite parking
