The Job Role

• A Deputy General Manager to oversee the high end, quality experience in a similar venue
• A Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager with managing the team
• A Deputy General Manager that is confident working with Fresh Food and has previous experience.
• A Deputy General Manager to continually drive standards of food and drink service forward
• A Deputy General Manager that has the passion to recruit, train and develop their team 
• A Deputy General Manager that can lead from the front.
• A Deputy General Manager that is confident in managing a shift themselves and confident in their abilities.

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a high end quality environment.
• Experience managing teams is a must 
• Must of worked in a fresh food venue previously.
• Self-starter with high quality service standards.
• You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
