The Package

• Development Chef - Nation wide role
• £55,000 per annum
• Car and Mileage package 
• Daytime hours - 7am - 3:00pm (Must have some flexibility)
• Monday to Friday (Must have some flexibility)

The Job Role:

• Development Chef to have a key focus on food quality and presentation.
• Development Chef to ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
• To coach, train, motivate, manage and develop the existing team.
• Development Chef to Drive standards forward 
• To deliver food presentations to new clients 
• Mobilising new contracts and being involved in sale tenders
• Full menu autonomy on menus with support to introduce new ideas and offerings 

The Requirements:

• A passionate foodie
• The successful Development Chef will be a self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food
• A team player who leads from the front.
• Someone with energy and passion for food 
• A Self-starter with a passion for people and food development.
• Strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
• Proven background within Education or B&I
