The Package

• Up to £50,000 per annum
• Uncapped Commission 
• Incentives

The Requirements

• An experienced proactive business development manager with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• To proactively drive new corporate buisness into the venue
• Developing new accounts for the venue
• Be well connected in the local area with a network of local corporates 
• The business development manager will follow up sales leads, attend events and present to prospective clients
• You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
• Consistently looking to maximise revenue and sales opportunities to increase business
• The experienced proactive sales professional will be the face of the business during client show-rounds, FAM trips as well as representing the venue

 
The Job Role

• Proactively source new business in key areas, specialising in corporates
• Manage existing client accounts, as well as building and developing new accounts to drive revenue 
• Maximising revenue and sales across all business streams at all times
• Showcasing the venue to build connections
• Maximise revenue and achieve sales targets while managing key accounts
• The role will require local travel
