The Package
  • £30,000 Salary
  • Monday to Friday - (No evenings or weekends)

The Job Role
  • Administrative support for the event sales department, including printing menus, updating weekly overviews, liaising with the hospitality operational team and assisting with contracting and billing
  • Taking enquiries via phone and email
  • Working with clients on their events and working closely with other departments 
  • Up selling every enquiry to maximise revenue for the business
  • Show rounds and client appointments
 
The Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a meetings and events environment
  • Able to handle a busy environment with a high volume of enquiries
  • End to End process from initial enquiry, conversion to event planning
  • Excellent IT skills
