The Role
  • Operations Manager to oversee education contracts.
  • The Operations Manager will manage the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
  • The Operations Manager will manage food quality, H&S compliance and allergen safety across their patch.
  • The Operations Manager will lead, mentor, engage and inspire their team.
The Requirements
  • A proven Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 8 contracts.
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential.
  • A Self-starter with a passion for people management and team development.
  • An engaging and inspiring leader who can liaise on multiple levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and able to control costs and maximise revenue opportunities.
The Location
  • Berkshire / Surrey - M25 corridor 
  •  A regional ‘road based’ role within the above areas.
