  • Guest services manager to support the hotels operation within a silver star hotel
  • This role is guest focus, with a drive on engagement
  • A professional and highly successful operation known for its customer service to a wide variety of guests
  • Guest services manager to provide outstanding service to hotel and leisure guests within the main hotel.
  • Guest services manager to manage a team of ambitious individuals within this successful hotel operation
  • The Guest Services Manager will be managing and developing the team of 6 underneath them
  • Reporting directly into Head of guest experience
The Requirements
  • Guest services manager will be a strong individual with an exceptional background in customer service operations.
  • Guest services manager must have strong desire to ensure that every guests needs are met 
  • A Self-starter with a strong team ethic.
  • Passionate individual with fantastic attention to detail
  • Previous experience in managing a team.
