The Job Role:

• A Sous Chef to work in a busy quality Pub working for 1 aa rosette standards
• The Sous Chef will be providing outstanding food standards across the high quality restaurant setting
• To manage, train and develop an enthusiastic team of 10
• The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef to drive local trade 

The Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• Must of worked in a fresh food venue previously.
• Self-starter with high quality service standards.
• You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
