• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high volume environment.
• A Senior General Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
• A Senior General Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face. 
• The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
• Experience with managing a large team is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
