The Package
 

• £32,000 per year
• Clear career progression within an expanding group
• Paid overtime
• Meals on duty

• 28 days annual leave, increasing to 31 after 2 years of service 

 
The Job Role

• Assistant Bar Manager within a luxury, private venue in Central London 
• Training and developing the enthusiastic existing staff.
• Manage stocks and bar control.
• Maintain exemplary customer service standards that are set out by the venue

The Requirements

• A strong hotel or venue background, ideally at a 4* level or above.
• Have the ability to lead from the front.
• Sense of ownership and accountability for stock results.
• Second to none service standards, the Assistant Bar Manager will have a calm approach to busy service periods.
• This role would be well suited to an experienced Bar Supervisor or Duty Manager looking for their first Assistant Bar Manager will have experience in high volume multi bar venues
