The Job Role

• An Assistant General Manager to lead a busy cocktail, Food and live entertainment venue.
• An Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business
• An Assistant General Manager to continually drive standards of Food, drinks and entertainment services forward within a late night venue.
• Developing a high-performing and motivated team
• An Assistant General Manager that is based on the floor and loves interacting with every guest.

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a Food, Beverage or Entertainment  environment.
• An Assistant General Manager with proven experience in a similar venue role.
• An Assistant General Manager, that is able to bring across a great personality.
• Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
