  • Junior Sous Chef
  • Up To £35,000
  • Around £7000 a year in Tronc
  • 40 hours working week

  • Junior Sous Chef within a superb gastro pub
  • A fast paced kitchen within a beauty property
  • Fresh food operation using the very best of ingredients
  • A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
  • A Junior Sous Chef supporting with the leading a brigade of 7 chefs + GA’s
The Requirements
  • A strong Junior Sous chef or Sous Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant background
  • A passionate Junior Sous Chef who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
  • A self-starter who relishes staff development
  • A Sous chef who has Experience within fast paced kitchen environments
