- A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
- A Junior Sous Chef supporting with the leading a brigade of 7 chefs + GA’s
- A strong Junior Sous chef or Sous Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant background
- A passionate Junior Sous Chef who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
- A self-starter who relishes staff development
- A Sous chef who has Experience within fast paced kitchen environments
