The Package

• Cook Manager
• £26,000 Per Annum
• Regular pay reviews
• Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 40 Hour contract
• 13 Weeks holiday per year
• Term Time Only (39 weeks)
• Pension Scheme

The Role

• Cook Manager to prepare fresh food in a small primary school site. 
• Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx 250 students.
• 100% fresh
• Cook Manager to manage a small dedicated kitchen team
• A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only 

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with similar background.
• Knows how to do profit and loss
• A Chef Manager that has a genuine love for food
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• Cook Manager that has experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
