- Sous Chef to oversee a high volume 100% fresh food operation.
- A Sous chef to work as part of kitchen team of 10 +
- The Sous chef will report to the Executive Chef and Head Chef.
- The Sous chef will work as part of an established friendly team of chefs producing fresh food for a high volume operation
- Senior CDP or Sous chef with good experience in fresh food operations.
- A Sous chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with current food trends.
- A trained sous chef with good knife skills that create dishes from scratch.
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking head chef who leads from the front
