The Job Role:
  • Sous Chef to oversee a high volume 100% fresh food operation.
  • A Sous chef to work as part of kitchen team of 10 +
  • The Sous chef will report to the Executive Chef and Head Chef.
  • The Sous chef will work as part of an established friendly team of chefs producing fresh food for a high volume operation
The Requirements
  • Senior CDP or Sous chef with good experience in fresh food operations. 
  • A Sous chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with current food trends.
  • A trained sous chef with good knife skills that create dishes from scratch.
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking head chef who leads from the front
  • Computer literate
