- Working as part of kitchen team of 10 +
- Reporting to the Executive Chef and supporting with the kitchen management and menu planning.
- Leading an established friendly team of chefs and producing fresh food for a high volume operation
- Head chef or chef manager with good experience in fresh food operations.
- A head chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with current food trends.
- Good financial acumen and the ability to manage and control food costs.
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking head chef who leads from the front
- Computer literate
