The Job Role:
  • Head Chef to oversee a high volume 100% fresh food operation.
  • Working as part of kitchen team of 10 +
  • Reporting to the Executive Chef and supporting with the kitchen management and menu planning. 
  • Leading an established friendly team of chefs and producing fresh food for a high volume operation
The Requirements
  • Head chef or chef manager with good experience in fresh food operations. 
  • A head chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with current food trends.
  • Good financial acumen and the ability to manage and control food costs.
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking head chef who leads from the front
  • Computer literate
