The Job Role:

• Food and Beverage manager for a 150+ bedroom hotel.
• Food and Beverage manager to oversee a busy hotel F&B operation - including weddings, conferences, events amongst other outlets within the hotel.
• Food and Beverage Manager who can motivate the team to give exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customers
• Food and Beverage Manager that enjoys training and developing staff.
• working 5 days over 7
• Reporting directly to General manager or Hotel manager

The Requirements:

• Food and Beverage Manager that has the ability to maximise sales opportunities through up-selling
• Food and Beverage Manager that has previous experience with Rotas, Budgets, GP is a must
• A Food and Beverage manager who enjoys training and developing staff to ensure they deliver the best and are able to work within a variety of environments.
• Experience in conferences and events within a similar venue is required.
• A strong individual with a resilient ‘can do’ attitude.
• A hotel background is required.
• Passionate hands on individual who is looking to develop their career.
