- Our client is a superb Exhibition and Events Venue which is highly experienced in delivering first class events, corporate meetings and exhibitions based within the heart of Manchester
- It is a multi-purpose venue which is used for an array of exhibitions
- A group who have a proven track record of developing employee’s skills
- Senior Sous Chef
- £40,000 per Annum
- 40 hours a week
- Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends)
- No evenings

- A Senior Sous Chef to support the Exec chef and Head chef to manage the kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with production. preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring, ordering and stocking across all Exhibition and Events.
- A Senior Sous Chef to help support with the managing and recruiting of all new back of house team members.
- As Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for the apprentice programme that goes on at the venue.
- A Senior Sous Chef that has the ability to support with running multiple services and concepts at the same time.
- You will maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes for all outlets of the Exhibition and Events Venue.
- A proven track record within a high volume and fresh food operation.
- A proven track record with leading a team.
- A Senior Sous Chef with a background in large hotels, conference and events venues or Stadia.
- The Senior Sous Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken
- A team player who leads from the front.
