The Package

• Head Chef
• £45,000 per annum basic salary
• Monday to Friday 
• No Evenings 
• Free meals and refreshments on duty
• Internal training and development opportunities

The Job Role

• A Head chef to lead a busy conference and events venue
• A head Chef that is able to operate and manage across a multiple outlet unit  
• To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
• A Head chef to take full ownership and responsibilities over the kitchen.
• A Head chef developing a high-performing and motivated team
• A Head chef that can lead from the front and push the business future forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• Experience with managing a team is a must
• A Head chef that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• The successful Head chef will have similar experience in a conference, banqueting or events.
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
• A Head chef that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
