The Package

• £40,000
• Regular pay reviews
• Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 10 Weeks holiday per year
• Term Time Only (42 weeks)
• Pension Scheme
• Career progression
• Yearly 10% bonus 

The Role

• Head Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
• Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx 2000 students.
• 100% fresh food
• Head Chef to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team within the school operation
• A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only 

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with similar background within schools or B&I.
• Knows how to do profit and loss
• A genuine love for food
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• Head Chef experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
