- Sous chef to provide exceptional fresh food to diners at the highest standard
- Sous chef to help manage the kitchen and take ownership of ordering, recruitment, rotas amongst other duties.
- Sous chef that is willing to lead front the front and guide his team to produce high quality food.
- Ideally within a similar role currently or have previous experience in a restaurant
- A Sous Chef who enjoys training and developing staff to ensure they deliver the best and are able to work within a variety of environments.
- A Sous Chef that has exceptional standards and attention to detail
- A Sous Chef that is able to create and develop menus alongside the General manager.
