The Job Role
- To meet guests requirements and ensure reservations and spa bookings are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- Providing the best customer service and looking after new and repeat customers
- Upsell all of the hotels products and services
- Manage online bookings correctly and efficiently
- Contribute towards the sales for bedrooms and Spa bookings
The Requirements
- The ideal experienced reservations coordinator will have previous experience within a hotel
- Familiar with hotel booking systems
- To ensure sales conversion of all enquiries
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Professional telephone and communication skills
- Proficient in IT
