The Package

• Food & Beverage Manager
• £50,000 per annum basic salary
• 40 hour contracts

The Job Role

• A Food & Beverage Manager to lead a late night venue
• A Food & Beverage Manager to take full ownership and responsibilities for all the bar and kitchen offers
• A Food & Beverage Manager who influence extends to he customer service, where you are responsible for service quality and operational outcomes that shape each visit
• To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward 
• A Food & Beverage Manager developing a high-performing and motivated team
• A Food & Beverage Manager that can lead from the front and push the business future forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator
• Experience with managing a team is a must
• A Food & Beverage Manager that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• The successful Food & Beverage Manager will have similar experience in a restaurant style background
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
• A Food & Beverage Manager that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
