The Job Role

• An Assistant Manager to support with leading a busy gastro pub style venue
• To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
• An Assistant Manager to support with developing a high-performing and motivated team
• An Assistant manager that can lead from the front and push the business future forward
• An Assistant manager that is confident with running and controlling a busy shift

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• Experience with managing large teams is a must
• An Assistant Manager that has a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• The successful Assistant Manager will have similar experience in a Gastro Pub style venue.
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
• An Assistant Manager that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
