The Job Role:
  • Chef de Partie for a prestigious, 100% fresh food venue
  • To produce high quality fresh food servicing both hospitality and staff dining
  • Confidently and positively adapting to the business needs as it grows
The Requirements:
  • A Chef de Partie who comes from a high-end, fresh food contract catering or hotels and restaurants
  • Experience in fine dining is desirable
  • The successful Chef De Partie will have a genuine passion for food and modern trends 
  • A Chef de Partie with excellent communication skills and well presented
