The Package

  • Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)

The Job Role:
  • Chef Manager to oversee a multi outlet fresh food high-volume operation.
  • A strong Chef Manager to produce on trend and funky street food dishes for large numbers .
  • The Chef Manager will lead and develop a team 13.
The Requirements
  • A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations. 
  • A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
  • Computer literate and can liaise with clients
