The Job Role

• Responding to new meetings and events sales enquiries and converting the business for the Venue
• Up selling every enquiry to maximise revenue 
• Carry out client show rounds to showcase the meetings and events space 
• To manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to contract stage
• To develop and maximise repeat business to increase revenue for the meetings and events department

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience within meetings and events 
• The experienced meetings and events sales executive will ensure maximum sales conversion of all enquiries at the hotel
• Be able to handle a busy sales environment with high volume
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure all information is accurately entered into the system
• A keen attitude to go beyond expectations and deliver exceptional customer service
