Group Manager

The Company

The Package

• £40,000 - £46,000 DOE per annum 
• Mileage / car allowance 
• Pension scheme 
• Health cover 

The Role

• The Group manager will be responsible for 8 - 10 sites
• The Group manager will ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
• The Group manager will support with recruitment and training,
• The Group manager will regularly liaise with clients to ensuring KPIs are delivered.

The Requirements

• A strong proven multisite group and / or area manager. 
• Previous experience within contract catering is essential.
• A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
• A passionate foodie that can coach and train the chef managers.
• The successful group manager will be a clear communicator.

The Location

• Kent 
• A regional ‘road based’ role within the above areas.
