The Job Role
  • Chef de partie for a B&I contract 
  • To produce high quality fresh food servicing both hospitality and staff dining.
  • The Chef de partie will report to the head chef and work alongside one other CDP and sous chef

The Requirements
  • A proven chef de partie who can work as part of a small team
  • An experience Chef de partie with a background in high volume quality kitchen operations.
  • A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
  • a diligent chef de partie who can work to specs
