- Head Pastry Chef to oversee a pastry team of 5
- A mixture of modern & classical cooking techniques.
- Working across both the restaurant and banqueting
- The Head Pastry Chef will have good experience in working in quality kitchens at a minimum of 2 rosette
- The Head Pastry Chef will have excellent communication skills
- A self-starter with a genuine passion for food and eager to develop their team
- The preferred Head Pastry Chef will have quality 5* hotel experience including banqueting & events
