The Package:

• £40,000 salary 
• Additional tips, £4,000-£5,000 per year (approx)

The Job Role:

• Head Pastry Chef for a newly opened hotel restaurant 
• Head Pastry Chef to oversee a pastry team of 5
• A mixture of modern & classical cooking techniques.
• Working across both the restaurant and banqueting 

The Requirements:

• The Head Pastry Chef will have good experience in working in quality kitchens at a minimum of 2 rosette
• The Head Pastry Chef will have excellent communication skills
• A self-starter with a genuine passion for food and eager to develop their team
• The preferred Head Pastry Chef will have quality 5* hotel experience including banqueting & events
