The Job Role

• F&B Manager overseeing multiple restaurants on site.
• F&B Manager to work with the GM and Executive Chef on projects and elevating the food offering.
• F&B Manager to manage 6 direct reports and 50 - 100 staff members. 
• F&B Manager to work along side the GM on supporting events.

The Requirements

• A strong background within hotels is essential
• A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
• A self-starter who relishes staff development
• Experience of running large teams on a fresh food site.
• F&B Manager with a High volume background.
