The Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment

• Experience with managing teams is a must

• You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional standards of food

• The successful Sous Chef will have led fresh food operations

• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must

• Must come from a busy Hotel or premium gastro pub background ideally with rosettes
