Job Role

• A Banqueting Head Chef to manage the banqueting kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness
• A Banqueting Head Chef to help support with the managing and recruiting of all new back of house team members.
• A Banqueting Head Chef that has the ability to support with running busy  services with multiple events happening at the same time.

The Requirements

• A proven track record within a fresh food operation.
• A proven track record with leading a team.
• A Banqueting Head Chef with a background in hotels or conferencing
• The Banqueting Head Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• A team player who leads from the front.
