The Job Role:

• The Head Housekeeper will manage and be responsible for the Housekeeping department ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the boutique hotel, to include accommodation and public areas
• The Head Housekeeper will manage the departmental budget, profitability and efficiencies.
• The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for planning the departmental wage resource effectively
• The Head Housekeeper will have overall accountability for the department, encompassing training, supervision and forecasting in line with the venue’s business needs.

The Requirements:

• The ideal Head Housekeeper will have a solid background within 5* hotels or similar quality venues
• You will be confident with implementing a high level of standards within your team
• The Head Housekeeper will have excellent diary and time management skills and be a natural leader with the ability to train and develop your team.
