The Package
- £38,000 per annum salary
- Paid overtime x1.5
- Free meals on duty

- Sous Chef for a new trendy contract
- To produce high quality fresh food 100% made on-site, servicing both hospitality and staff dining.
- The sous chef with deputise for the head chef, leading and developing an enthusiastic team.
- The Sous Chef will support the head chef with stock taking, ordering and due diligence.
The Requirements
- A proven Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen team.
- An experienced Sous Chef with a background in busy high quality kitchen operations.
- A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
