    • £42,000 per annum

    • £5,000 very achievable bonus based on KPI's, paid monthly

The Job Role
    • A fresh food operation with British gastro style menu.
    • The Head Chef will be providing fresh food standards across a restaurant setting, including lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. 
    • To manage, train and develop an enthusiastic stable team of 5
    • The Head Chef will be developing the menus to drive local trade 
    • Compliance forms a big part of the role so the Head Chef will have accountability from a H&S perspective. 
The Requirements
    • A strong individual with a gastro pub/restaurant or hotel background.
    • This role could suit an existing Senior Sous Chef looking for his first Head Chef role. 
    • Passionate individual who relishes developing their team, including apprentices. 
    • Self-starter with high quality service standards.
    • Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career alongside an outstanding kitchen team.
