The Job Role

 
  • Head Chef within a superb branded high-end restaurant group.
  • A fast paced kitchen within a modern stylish restaurant 
  • A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
  • A Head Chef leading a brigade of up to 25 chefs
 
The Requirements
 
    • A strong Head Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant background
    • A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
    • A self-starter who relishes staff development
    • A Head Chef who has experience within fast paced kitchen environments
